Dear Parents and Guardians,
We hope you are having a happy and healthy New Year. As part of P.S. 232’s ongoing commitment to supporting families of students with disabilities, we offer three parent trainings each year designed to provide practical strategies, helpful resources, and support to help you better understand and advocate for your child’s needs.
This school year, P.S. 232 began a partnership with Marble Health, a mental health organization that provides evidence-based, family-centered services for children and adolescents. Marble Health works collaboratively with schools and families to support students’ social-emotional well-being and overall success. We are excited to partner with Marble Health to offer workshops and resources that support our school community.
Our next training, presented by Marble Health, will be held on:
Date: Wednesday, January 14
Time: 8:00 PM Location: Zoom
Title: Navigating the Autism Spectrum: Helping your Child Learn, Connect, & Thrive
If you need help registering, please contact Ms. Weinstock at sweinstock7@schools.nyc.gov
We look forward to seeing you there.
Warmly,
Ms. Weinstock and Mrs. Black
